Pass a call to someone else

You can pass a call on without the caller having to hang up and ring again.
Transfer a call
- During the call, tap Transfer.
- Pick a colleague, or type an outside number.
- The call moves to them, and you’re free.
Passing a call to an outside number uses your minutes.
Talk to them first
On Pro and Enterprise, you can speak to your colleague before handing the call over, or bring a third person into the call. This is coming soon.
