Ansa is not for emergency calls

Ansa can't reliably reach emergency services or tell them where you are. Always use your phone's normal dialler for emergencies.
Why
- No location. Emergency services can’t see where an Ansa call is coming from.
- It needs data and power. Ansa works over Wi-Fi or mobile data. In a power cut or network failure — exactly when emergencies happen — it may not work at all.
What to do instead
Use the ordinary phone app on your mobile, which works on the mobile network and can share your location.
We ask everyone to confirm they’ve read this when they first open Ansa.
In an emergency, close Ansa and dial from your phone's own phone app.
