Remove someone from your team

When someone leaves, remove them from Ansa. It takes effect immediately.
Remove them
- In the dashboard, open People.
- Choose the person, then Deactivate.
What happens
- They’re signed out everywhere, straight away.
- Their phones stop ringing for your business.
- Their past calls stay in your call history.
Once they’re removed they no longer count as a user on your plan.
