I didn't get my sign-in code

Ansa signs you in with a six-digit code sent to your email. There's no password.
If the email hasn’t arrived
- Wait a minute, then check your spam or junk folder.
- Check you typed the email address you were invited with.
- Ask for a new code. You can do this once every 30 seconds.
If the code doesn’t work
- A code lasts 10 minutes and works once.
- After five wrong tries it stops working — ask for a new one.
Never share your code with anyone, including anyone who says they’re from Ansa. We will never ask for it.
