Listen to voicemail

In the app

1. Open Voicemail in the Ansa app. Messages you haven’t heard are marked.
2. Tap a message to play it.
3. Tap Call back to return the call.

Change the greeting callers hear

Each team line can have its own voicemail greeting. An administrator can record or upload it in the dashboard, under Extensions.
