Change what callers hear

Your greeting is the first thing every caller hears. You type it, Ansa speaks it, and you can change it whenever you like.
Write your greeting
- In the dashboard, open Call menu.
- Type what callers should hear — for example, “Thank you for calling Msasa Hardware. Press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts, or hold for the front desk.”
- Pick a voice and listen. You’ll always hear it before it’s saved.
- For each key, choose where the caller goes: a person, a group, voicemail or another menu.
If a name is mispronounced
Spell it the way it sounds in the separate “how it’s spoken” box. Your dashboard keeps showing the correct spelling.
What callers can do
Callers don’t have to wait for the greeting to finish — pressing a key acts straight away. If they know a colleague’s number, they can dial it directly.
