My outside calls stopped

Each plan includes minutes for calls to outside numbers every month. When they run out, outside calls stop until you add more. Your team can still call each other, and customers can still call you.
Buy a minute pack
- In the dashboard, open Billing and choose Buy minutes.
- Pick a pack: 150 minutes for $6, 300 for $11 or 500 for $17.
- Pay with EcoCash or Visa. The minutes are ready within a minute of your payment going through.
Only the account owner can buy minutes.
What uses minutes
- Calls your team makes to outside numbers.
- Calls forwarded to a mobile or landline.
Calls between your team, voicemail and test calls are free.
Warnings before you run out
We email you and show a notice in the app when you’ve used 80% of your minutes, and again at 100%.
