Billing questions
How does the free month work?
Your first month on Basic is free, with your business number and 30 minutes included. Before it ends, we'll ask you to choose a plan. The setup fee is charged with your first payment.
How do I pay?
EcoCash (USD or ZWL) or a Visa card. You get an invoice for every payment.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll let you know and give you time to pay. If it stays unpaid, outside calls pause, but your number, settings and history are kept, and your team can still call each other.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Monthly minutes don't. Minutes from packs carry over until they expire.
What counts as a user?
Every active person on your team, whatever their role. Adding someone mid-month is charged only for the days left.
Does Ansa use my airtime?
No. Calls travel over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Outside calls use your Ansa minutes.
